My name is Finlay Hill and I set up TripleFFFitness when I decided to turn my passion into a career! Fitness has been a huge part of my life ever since I was a child. I started Taekwondo at the age of 7, rugby at the age of 10 and Muay Thai at the age of 14. I am currently fully focused on fighting as I have turned all my attention to training in martial art! I have been coached by the glasgow fitness team since I was 14. Developing my fitness, fighting skills but also my coaching skills.

Furthermore whilst playing rugby I became part of my clubs academy programme where I was taught all about weight lifting, strength and conditioning programs as well as how to coach by the current Scottish national rugby academy coach for glasgow and the west. I now look to pass this knowledge on to others to help them achieve their own fitness goals whether thats losing weight, training for a sport or just maintaining general fitness for day to day life.
